JACKSON, Tenn. — A Jackson man appeared Thursday in city court accused of trying to obtain prescription drugs by fraud. Police say Roberto Lee House had a forged prescription when he attempted to buy Phenergan with codeine at the north Jackson Wal-Mart. Court papers say a pharmacist confirmed the signature on the prescription was fake. He’s being held in lieu of a $1,500 bond.
