Undercover operation nabs suspected thief
JACKSON, Tenn.-An undercover operation by Jackson police stops a suspected thief. Officers said last month they received several reports of stolen cell phones being sold on Facebook. Investigators said this week, they arranged to buy a phone over the site and met with a juvenile who they say stole money from the undercover officer and was arrested.
