Pet of the Week: Braham

Meet our Pet of the Week, Braham. He’s a 6-year-old Bassett/Plott Hound mix and he’s looking for his new forever home.

BrahamBraham was surrendered to Jackson Rabies Control with another puppy. He had a skin condition that needed immediate attention, but has since healed.

He is great with kids and he gets along well with most dogs once he becomes familiar with them; however, large dogs are not ideal to have around unless they have a submissive behavior. Braham is known to have “little-big dog syndrome.” One of his favorite toys is a tennis ball.

Melissa Roberts from Saving The Animals Together, or S.T.A.T., was in the studio to talk about how Braham can be adopted. She says anyone who is interested in adopting Braham can go to the S.T.A.T. website and fill out an application. The adoption fee for Braham is $200.
