East Tennessee man added to TBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted List
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — An East Tennessee fugitive, wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations and the Knoxville Police Department, has been added to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted List.
Marquez Travell Billingsley, 18, is wanted for aggravated assault, carjacking, aggravated robbery and possession of a stolen weapon, according to a press release. Officials say, he is also a person of interest in the April 16th shooting death of 12-year-old JaJuan Latham and should be considered armed and dangerous.
The release states Billingsley is an African American male with brown eyes and black hair. His height is 5 foot 7 and weighs about 120 pounds, according to the release.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations is asking anyone with information on the location of Marquez Billingsley to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463).
A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
