East Tennessee man added to TBI’s Top Ten Most Wanted List

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — An East Tennessee fugitive, wanted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations and the Knoxville Police Department, has been added to the state’s Top Ten Most Wanted List.

TBI-Most-WantedMarquez Travell Billingsley, 18, is wanted for aggravated assault, carjacking, aggravated robbery and possession of a stolen weapon, according to a press release. Officials say, he is also a person of interest in the April 16th shooting death of 12-year-old JaJuan Latham and should be considered armed and dangerous.

The release states Billingsley is an African American male with brown eyes and black hair. His height is 5 foot 7 and weighs about 120 pounds, according to the release.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations is asking anyone with information on the location of Marquez Billingsley to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND (1-800-824-3463).

A $1,000 reward is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
