Decatur Co. man arrested by U.S. Marshals, accused of violating probation
DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn.-A Decatur County man has been arrested by federal agents, accused of violating his probation.
According to U.S. Marshals, Mark Pearcy was picked up Thursday night on a supervised release violation.
Pearcy was also picked up by federal agents in 2014 on charges including having a gun as a convicted felon.
In an unrelated incident, he and his brother, Jeffrey were charged with tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact in connection to the death of Holly Bobo. Those charges were ultimately dismissed.
