Humboldt police ask buyers unable to get title on used vehicles to come forward

GIBSON COUNTY, Tenn. — Police in Humboldt are asking anyone who has been unable to get a proper title after purchasing a used vehicle from a local auto dealer to come forward.

Auto car dealershipAccording to a release from the Humboldt Police Department, officers have been investigating several complaints from customers who purchased vehicles from a local used car dealer and have not received proper paperwork in order to obtain a title or to get the vehicles properly registered or licensed.

Police did not include the name of the dealership in their release.
