WATCH: Road caves in after downpours from Ida remnants
(CBS Newspath) — ROAD DESTROYED: Remnants of Hurricane Ida caused this road to cave in after downpours dumped more than seven inches of rain over Portsmouth, RI. A car was stuck on the buckled pavement and water was visible flowing through holes in the road on Thursday (9/2).
