According to District Attorney General Jody Pickens, 23-year-old Gabriel Seth Box was found guilty on all counts following a trial that began Tuesday morning in Henderson County Circuit Court.

Pickens confirms on Friday, Box was found guilty of premeditated first degree murder, theft of a firearm under $2,500, and two counts of tampering with evidence.

The charges stem from the murder of 19-year-old Felicity Nicole Inman, whose body was found by authorities at an address on Highway 412 in Decatur County.

During the investigation, authorities determined the homicide had occurred in Henderson County, and information led investigators to Box as the person responsible.

TBI agents worked with the U.S. Marshals Service to locate and arrest Box in Gulf Shores, Alabama, in October 2022.

District Attorney Pickens says the verdict was returned after less than an hour of deliberation by the jury.

Box is currently in custody at the Henderson County jail, and is expected to receive his sentence on October 21.
