Henderson, Tennessee – (Jan. 3, 2025) – Registration for Mid-South Youth Camp’s (MSYC) 2025 summer season is officially open at fhu.edu/msyc. For over 60 years, the faith-based camp in Henderson, Tennessee, has invited young people to enjoy a summer filled with adventure, spiritual growth and creating lifelong memories.
The 2025 summer schedule at MSYC features eight week-long sessions of overnight camp, running from May 25 through July 18. Each session begins Sunday afternoon and ends Friday morning. Overnight camp is designed for campers who have finished third grade through 12th grade or are ages 8-18.
Junior day camp, tailored for children who have completed kindergarten through third grade or are ages 6-8, includes six weekly sessions held Monday through Thursday. Junior camp sessions begin May 26 and continue through July 3.
With a schedule packed with Bible studies, devotionals, talents shows, hiking, crafts, singing, swimming, games, bonfires and more, the camp offers a welcoming retreat where young people can grow in their faith, all while forming lifelong friendships.
“Mid-South Youth Camp is a home away from home for so many young people all over the country,” Gayle McDonald, associate director of MSYC, said. “Even though summer might feel far away now, we are already hard at work planning what we know will be an amazing experience for all of our wonderful campers. We can’t wait to see you!”
