Denver Air Connection discusses impact one year after expanding to Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — The Jackson Rotary Club had a special guest speak at their meeting Wednesday afternoon.

Tonya Ruhsenberger with Denver Air Connection spoke about the impact the airline has had in the City of Jackson.

Denver Air Connection has been serving the area for a year and they have flights almost daily out of the Jackson Regional Airport.

Ruhsenberger says that the community benefits financially from having more air traffic.

“Being able to partner with the community and bring businesses here to provide jobs and to boost the economy is really important,” said Ruhsenberger.

The airport has also received a $10 million grant to expand and improve services.
