RALEIGH, N.C. (WBTV/Gray News) – An actor who was in “The Hunger Games” film was arrested in North Carolina this past week, records showed.

Ethan Brody Jamieson(Wake County Bureau of Forensic Services)
Ethan Brody Jamieson, 27, was arrested on April 9 in connection with a March 22 shooting in Raleigh.
According to Raleigh police, the victim told officers that just before 10 p.m., a person riding an e-bike fired a shot at the vehicle the victim was driving.
Two other people were also reportedly in the vehicle. Police did not mention any injuries when reached for further comment.
Raleigh police identified Jamieson as the shooter. Court records showed a warrant was obtained for his arrest on April 8, and he was arrested the next day.
Jamieson was charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and was taken to the Wake County jail. He was still in custody as of this writing, with no bond set.
Jamieson played the tribute boy from District Four in the 2012 film “The Hunger Games.” IMDb showed he later appeared in one episode of the TV show “Justified” and in a 2009 episode of “One Tree Hill.”
The 2026 arrest was not Jamieson’s first in North Carolina.
Records showed he was arrested in Raleigh in March 2025 and was charged with resisting a public officer.
An arrest warrant from that case alleged that Jamieson ran away from an officer who was “investigating an assault by [pointing] a gun.” It was unclear if he was the one who supposedly pointed the gun.
Court documents showed he pleaded guilty in that case and spent four days in the Wake County jail.
