Redeemed Christian Center celebrates decade of service, growth in membership

JACKSON, Tenn.–A local church celebrates a major milestone Sunday.

Redeemed Christian Center in Jackson hosted a celebration for their founding pastor, Pastor Mark Mackey.
This marks 10 years since their founding. Two services were held for the congregation and guests to join for the celebration.

Pastor Mackey talked about the history behind Redeemed Christian Center.

“The church body has really grown; we started out at the All-Suites Hotel. We moved to 45 Broadview Drive, which is close to Carriage House Drive, and God blessed us to come up on this hill here, And so membership has grown, not only has the membership grown, but the people have grown spiritually. And we’re excited about that and that’s why we’re here,” said Pastor Mackey.

Redeemed Christian Center is located at 1347 Campbell Street, at the corner of North Parkway and Campbell Street.
