South Carolina Fugitive Arrested in Milan

MILAN, Tenn.- A fugitive wanted on armed robbery charges out of South Carolina was arrested in Milan, Friday. U.S. Marshals arrested Donald Simmons, Junior at a relative’s home on Culpepper Street. He was awaiting extradition. Simmons was suspected in a July robbery in which investigators said he and the victim exchanged gunfire.
