Henry Co. Shooting Suspect Remains at-Large

PARIS, Tenn.- A Gibson County man suspected in a deadly weekend shooting in Henry County is among the TBI’s Most Wanted. That means a $2,000 reward has been offered in the search for Tevin “Jay” Lumpkin. The Henry County Sheriff said Lumpkin has gang affiliation and had an extensive criminal record throughout Gibson County. A second man, Charles Liphford is also wanted in connection with the shooting. Witnesses told investigators he was seen with a gun at the time of the shooting. Just before 3, Saturday morning Eric Kinley, 41, was shot and killed inside Farenheit 101, a club just outside of Paris. Deputies said the gunfire was sparked by someone bumping into someone else.
