Jackson Christian Football Tight End Daniel Green Signs with University of Tennessee Chattanooga
JACKSON, Tenn. (Jan 5, 2024) – Jackson Christian School, a private, Christian-based college preparatory school located in Jackson, Tenn., is pleased to announce senior student-athlete Daniel Green signed to play collegiate football at University of Tennessee Chattanooga on Friday, Jan. 6. Green plans to graduate from Jackson Christian in the spring of 2024 and begin his collegiate career at University of Tennessee Chattanooga in the fall of 2024.
In Green’s career as a tight end for the Eagles, he amassed over 600 receiving yard and twelve touchdowns. Green helped lead the Eagles to multiple record setting offenses each year of play, and he was selected as a D2-1A West Region first team all-region Tight End in 2023. He also was selected to play in the West Tennessee All-Star game.
“Daniel has been a key component of our success in building our program over the past three years,” Head Coach Darby Palmer said. “Our team is a brotherhood, and he has been a leader in the locker room and on the field.”
