Salvation Army Honors Volunteers at Annual Banquet

JACKSON, Tenn.-The Salvation Army of Jackson said a big thank you to those who help the group throughout the year. The Salvation Army held an open house, Thursday night to honor its volunteers. The organization relies heavily on donations and others giving of their time to help serve its clients throughout West Tennessee. “We are just so thankful and blessed in Western Tennessee for the volunteers that we have, the donors that we have. the businesses who support us, the clubs, the churches, the civic groups. We are very blessed,” said Major Jayne Brewster of the Salvation Army, Jackson Corps. The Salvation Army in Jackson serves Madison, Chester, Henderson, Carroll, Gibson, Crockett and Haywood counties.
