Self Defense Workshop for Women and Children
– Coram Deo Martial Arts in conjunction with Ballet Arts of Jackson,Inc., are debuting a 2-hour self defense workshop to women and children. Coram Deco Martial Arts teaches adults and kids how to better defend themselves from potential attackers. The workshop will focus on skills specifically for women and children to defend themselves. This customized workshop is tailored to fit the specific needs and attributes of women and children. Encouraging perseverance and focus is one of the key goals of the program, rather than unnecessary violence. Come dressed and be ready to move, as there will be physical contacts and drills. The class size is limited and the workshop may run longer depending on class size. Fee $25 All proceeds to benefit Ballet Arts of Jackson.
