Jackson Rockabillys close out 2024 season with final game

JACKSON, Tenn. — It’s the last game of the year for the Jackson Rockabillys.

The team has drawn more than 50,000 people over 28 games and 2 exhibition matches.

Owner of the Jackson Rockabillys, Dennis Bastien says they have built a phenomenal relationship with the people of West Tennessee.

As far as the action on the diamond, he says the team improved significantly this year.

“The team’s record is almost 100 percent better than last year. We’re going to finish the year with the best record in our conference but not make the playoffs because there’s two halves. So, it’s been a great, great year with the players on the field. We’ll have several guys make the post season all-star team,” said Bastien.

Bastien says next season they will continue to make improvements on the field, and will also have more fun events outside of baseball.
