Menopause: One resource offers support, symptom navigation tools
JACKSON, Tenn. — About 1.3 million people enter menopause each year.
It impacts such a large group of the population, however, many people are left without the resources they need to learn about this new life stage and its impact on the body.
In fact, many people don’t even know they’re experiencing its symptoms!
Experts over at versalie.com say there are ways to get symptom relief.
“One of the things I love is they have this symptom navigator where you can take a quick two minute quiz, and, kind of, figure out if what you’re experiencing is normal during this transition,” said Dr. Tara Scott, OBGYN.
Experts say there are also resources to provide real connections and support for people with varying degrees of menopausal symptoms and hormonal changes.
