On Saturday, October 12, teens can enjoy teen cooking where they can make cake pops.
And all ages can enjoy a Beetlejuice interactive movie on October 11 at 5:30 that evening.
“They go off to school, so I love getting to ask them how it’s going,” said children’s librarian Jennifer Kilburn. “Also a lot of them at the beginning of the year, kids that couldn’t read at all in the summer have started to pick up on it. Or they have just found a book that finally spoke to them so they’re excited.”
The children’s library is also having their first ever “Little Free Costume Rack” where parents can give, take, and keep Halloween costumes.
