Jackson Art Walk closes out another successful season
JACKSON, Tenn. — Residents of the Hub City enjoyed the last night of one special event.
That was the sounds of singers from the closing season of Jackson Art Walk. All of East Main Street featured artists, food trucks, and live performances. One artist provided live watercolor portraits for attendees to pose and later enjoy.
Along with that, Mona Lisa Lanier taught attendees line dancing. This was an overall good time for community to be made right here in the Hub City.
“We have about 28 artist popped up. We’ve got some local musicians and we’re really excited cause this is the most artists we’ve ever had and it’s a great community builder. We’re just so excited to see people out here supporting local arts, and musicians, and line dancing and all kinds of stuff,” said Erin Eller, office manager for the Jackson Arts Council.
Eller shares that the art walk will return in 2025 for another great season.
