Community market showcases local talents
MADISON COUNTY, Tenn.—A pop up market in a local community offers the perfect start to holiday shopping.
Makers Market was held from 8 this morning until 2 this afternoon at the rec center located at 4488 Beech Bluff Road.
The event took place to offer a space for local talents to display their handmade crafts, clothing, food items, and more.
Spaces were available for reservation with a fee of $10 and tables or chairs could also be rented for the function.
The market also offers unique antiques, and surplus items.
“I think that this is a great thing that they have to get local people out more and trying to promote their products,” said Cindy Clark, Nonfiction Christian Author.
The next event to be held at the Beech Bluff Recreation Center is a movie night on November 15 at 6:30 in the evening.
