‘Christmas at the Carnegie’ announces its return to downtown Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — Celebrate the season with ‘Christmas at the Carnegie!’

The festive event is coming up on Friday, December 13 from 6 p.m. till 9 p.m. Christmas at the Carnegie offers a sneak peek of what’s coming to the Carnegie in 2025.

Enjoy performances by the Hub City Theatre Company, witness an artist demonstration in a new classroom and be serenaded by local musicians playing Christmas music. Indulge in a cozy hot chocolate bar and savor delicious holiday-themed treats while you mingle. Plus, don’t miss your chance to enter an exciting giveaway.

This was a tradition many years ago that is starting back up.

“This Christmas at the Carnegie is unique in that previous versions, decades ago, were meant as fundraisers or shopping experiences where this is strictly a Christmas party. We want to engage with the community. We want the community to be welcome here,” said Aaron Hardin, director of the Carnegie Center for Arts and History.

Everyone is welcome and, best of all, this event is free. The Carnegie Center for Arts and History is located at 305 East College Street in downtown Jackson.
