The Boys & Girls Club hosts ‘Sounds of Hope’

JACKSON, Tenn.—The Boys & Girls Club of Jackson presents its “Sounds of Hope.”

The event was held Saturday from 2 in the afternoon until 4 in the evening at Northside Assembly Church in Jackson.

The event serves as a kick-off event for the Boys & Girls Club annual ‘Windows of Hope.’

Saturday’s event featured music from the Isaac Lane’s Boys & Girls Club choir, and the Arlington Gospelbirds. Other music was provided from both the Comer and Thomas families.

“The ‘Sounds of Hope’ is a fun time to get together, to sing and to share, to encourage people, just to bring joy. So, when we talk about ‘Sounds of Hope’ we’re giving kids hope by having them at the Boys and Girls Club,” said Sabrina Anderson, CEO, Boys & Girls Club of Jackson.

The ‘Windows of Hope’ event happens every year throughout the holiday season. The windows of the building located at 1804 Highway 45 Bypass are lit up to represent a brighter future for area youth.
