‘Trees for Troops’ program returns to Beech Bluff
BEECH BLUFF, Tenn. — Ward Grove Christmas Tree Farm is once again participating in the Trees for Troops program.
The program provides free, farm-grown Christmas trees to military families as a show of support.
Customers can purchase a tree for the program and fill out special messages to be sent with it. Donations are also welcome.
Ward Grove Christmas Tree Farm will match all donated trees, doubling the impact.
FedEx Freight will be picking up a minimum of 30 live Christmas trees from the tree farm on December 2.
“This year the military base that they’re going to is NSA Mid-South, which is in Millington, so it’s a real close military base this year,” said Robbie Knight, owner of Ward Grove Christmas Tree Farm.
Ward Grove Christmas Tree Farm is located at 20 Ward Road, in Beech Bluff, in east Madison County. For more information, click here.
