Sun/Cloud Mix And Mild Today
Weather Update: Monday, December 9 —
Good Morning West Tennessee. Its a been a rather mild start to the morning with temps hovering in the mid 50s. The initial trough that brought showers and a few embedded storms last night is moving away from the region with a trailing weak area of high pressure. In it’s wake another Canadian/Polar Continental air mass is already advancing east out of the Plains towards the Mid-Mississippi River Valley. That will push another surface front into the Mid-South by tomorrow morning. On approach however west-southwesterly flow will push temps into the upper 50s to around 61°F along with some filtered sunshine. rain chances will increase later this evening along the frontal zone
