Variable Cloudiness Today And Mild

Weather Update: Tuesday, December 24 —

A little bit of a tricky forecast for the region today. There is a stalled out frontal zone along the Ohio River extending wet across the Ozarks. It will provide the railroad tracks for multiple waves of rain today essentially from the Red River Valley to the Ohio Valley, while staying mostly clear of the region. Having said that, the tricky part is that the moisture will gradually deepen and shift very slowly east, which will eventually include areas generally west of US Highway 45W starting on Christmas Day, then more for West Tennessee especially by Friday.
