Chester Co. Library welcomes Pokémon fans

HENDERSON, Tenn.—Pokémon fans meet at one local county library for some fun!

The Chester County Library hosts its Pokémon Trading Meet Saturday.

The special event began at 10:30 in the morning at the library located at 1012 East Main Street in Henderson.

The event gives Pokémon fans the opportunity to meet up and trade cards or even battle for cards they really want.

The trading meet is also a great way for like-minded fans of Pokémon to gather, and maybe even make some new friends.

“It’s really a good way for them to just come into the library, see what we have to offer, see our different books and different services we offer. Plus, they get to hopefully make some friends and find common interest. Things like that,” said Emma Brown, Librarian Clerk, Chester Co. Library.

The Chester County Library offers several events all throughout the year.

The next event is Chair Yoga on Monday, January 6, at 1:30 in the afternoon.
