TCAT at Crump hosts first-ever ‘Homeschool Day’ for prospective students

CRUMP, Tenn. — The Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Crump held their first-ever “Homeschool Day” Tuesday.

It was an opportunity for homeschooled students to learn about TCAT’s programs, meet instructors, ask questions and enjoy lunch. There was a good turnout with more than 40 homeschoolers and parents present to learn what TCAT has to offer.

There was a lot of interest in TCAT’s dual enrollment programs among other subjects.

“A lot of good questions about the nursing program, welding program, digital graphic design, and industrial electrical,” said Beth Naylor, admissions coordinator for TCAT at Crump.
