The case of a second suspect in a March 2 east Jackson shooting will be heard by a Madison County grand jury. The ruling in 21-year-old Roy Duncan’s case was made after the judge heard from the victim’s sister who testified that Duncan was the one who shot her brother in the back. Duncan faces charges of especially aggravated burglary and attempted murder. Police said Duncan and Jarsten Clark, 20, were among the group of people who chased the victim into a house on Liddon Street where the shooting happened. Both Duncan and Clark remained jailed.
