The WBBJ, ABC 7 Eyewitness News family wishes a good friend and long-time co-worker a happy retirement. Ray Bennett, WBBJ-TV’s assistant chief engineer retired after 32 years with the station, Friday. He is one of the faces you rarely saw, but was always here making sure the station equipment was working properly to stay on the air. Ray also served our country for many years as a member of the U.S. Air Force, from which he retired before joining ABC 7. The entire WBBJ-TV family wishes Ray all the best in his retirement.
