Huntingdon PreK/Head Start Registration
Accepting applications for enrollment of Children for the 2011-2012 program year. If child will be four years old on or before Sept. 30 and you are interested in enrolling him/her, you may complete application. The following documentation is needed to complete your child’s application:1) Proof of child’s age 2) Social Security number for each family member 3) Name, address, and telephone number of at least three emergency contact persons 4) TennCare and /or insurance card 5) Proof of income
