JACKSON, Tenn.- The convicted sex offender arrested last week at the West Tennessee State Fair faced a judge, Monday morning on the three new counts of violating the state sex offender registry law. Daricus Shaw, 35, was officially charged and had his bond set at $25,000. He was arrested last Thursday while working the ring toss on the midway. Shaw was hired by Geren Amusement Company. Records showed in 1998, Shaw convicted of child molestation and sexual battery in Atlanta.
