Family searches for missing blind man
CROSSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) – A Tennessee family is searching for a blind man who disappeared more than a week ago.
Family member Miranda McIntire told WVLT-TV in Knoxville (http://bit.ly/1bKzSNB ) that Cumberland County resident John Richard vanished on Oct. 22.
McIntire says family member searched a creek near Brown’s home, but found no sign of the man – no evidence or handprints – to show he had been there recently.
The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Department asks anyone with information about Brown’s whereabouts to contact law enforcement.
