Weston Knox Bates

Weston Knox Bates, beloved son of Chesney “Brianna” Bates, was born sleeping on September 25, 2025.

He was held first by the love of his mother’s heart and surrounded by the prayers of his family. Though his time on Earth was short, Weston’s presence will forever be felt by all who dreamed of him and longed for his arrival.

Weston is deeply loved by his big sister, Rosaleigh. He is also cherished by his grandparents, Pennie and Brandon Glenn; his great-grandmother, Debra Burns; his aunts, Annabelle and Mallory Glenn; and his uncle, Bentley Glenn. Each will carry his memory tenderly, knowing he will always be part of their family.

Weston was preceded in death by his twin brother, Waylon Drake Bates on September 16, 2025.

While their arms ache for the moments they cannot have, Weston’s family finds comfort in knowing that his short life brought immeasurable love. His memory will live on in their hearts, spoken with tenderness and honored always.

Private services will be held to celebrate Weston’s life and the love he brought into the world.
