DOWNTOWN JACKSON — The man accused of shooting a 5-year-old girl and her uncle on Saturday was officially charged, Wednesday morning. Corey Gray is accused of opening fire in the parking lot of the Madison County Sheriff’s Department. Gray is charged with attempted murder and four courts of aggravated assault. He denied to the judge he’s in a gang and told the court he works at a fast food restaurant. Gray’s bond is set at $400,000.
