New traffic signal activated in the Hub City

JACKSON, Tenn. — There’s a new fully operational traffic signal at the intersection of Country Club Lane, Vann Drive and Express Drive.

Vann Drive and Express Drive motorists will now have a dedicated traffic signal for crossing the intersection as well as turning left or right onto Country Club Lane.

Country Club Lane motorists please be advised that the signal at this intersection is now a fully operational and vehicles must stop at the red light.

Motorists please be advised of new “left turn yield on flashing yellow.” Crews also installed new overhead vehicle detection cameras that will manage traffic flow.

All motorists should adhere to the new signal pattern which includes red, yellow, and green lights.
