United Way to Offer Virtual Agency Training Local Agencies in West Tennessee

Jackson, Tenn. – United Way of West Tennessee will offer two virtual agency training sessions for local agencies in West Tennessee on Tuesday, January 13th from 1-3pm and Thursday, January 15th from 10am-12pm. Both sessions are open to any area nonprofit interested in receiving grant funding from United Way as a partner agency.

All agencies who request funding must attend one of the two sessions offered in January.  Only participating agencies will be eligible to apply for funding during the 2026-27 grant cycle. Applications can be completed by local 501(c)(3) health and human service organizations that serve individuals within United Way’s 15-county service area. 

Last year, United Way partnered with 24 agencies to invest over $678,450 in 54 different programs, all focused in the areas of health, youth opportunity, financial security, and community resiliency.
