Investigation underway after 2 adults, 2 juveniles found dead in Humphreys County

HUMPHREYS COUNTY, Tenn. — The Humphreys County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of four, according to sheriff Chris Davis.

The Humphreys County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday that they are working with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation to determine what happened on East Little Richland Road that left two juvenile males, and two adult women, dead.

“We are investigating as if it’s a homicide-type situation,” Davis told WSMV in Nashville. “Like I’ve said in the past, we only get one shot at these things. We’re going to make sure we do the very best we can for our victims.”

Officials say there are no active threats in the area related to this case.
