Weather will not stop Eagle Fest this weekend at Reelfoot Lake

TIPTONVILLE, Tenn. – Reelfoot Lake State Park will reopen Friday, January 30, and is set to still host the Eagle Fest events scheduled for this weekend.

Eagle Fest will provide visitors an opportunity to capture some beautiful photos of the bald eagles in snow and ice. The festival will also have plenty of vendors as well as art and photography contests.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to get up close and personal with Storm, one of the park’s bald eagle ambassadors, at 9:30 a.m. on Friday.

The John & Dale Stokes Bird of Prey Show, sponsored by Reelfoot Lake Tourism and Friends of Reelfoot Lake, will take place Saturday at 12:30 PM and 6:00 PM—an unforgettable experience for all!
