Large law enforcement presence prompts calls from WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News tipsters

BOLIVAR, Tenn.–A large law enforcement presence prompts calls from our WBBJ 7 Eyewitness News tipsters.

We received calls around 9:45 Wednesday night from Bolivar. When our crew arrived on the scene around 10:30, they found numerous patrol units from the Bolivar Police Department were stationed along Taylor Cove …with some blocking off the street.
According to neighbors and bystanders, a shooting occurred at one of the homes in this neighborhood .

Neighbors we talked with say police had been on the scene for several hours.
We reached out to Bolivar police and are awaiting for more information as to what happened.
