The Monarch Collective opens in Downtown Jackson

JACKSON Tenn. — There’s a new way for small businesses to connect here in the Hub City in the heart of downtown. The Monarch Collective is home to creatives and professionals as a multi shared hub for small businesses to be able to have rental space and operate it inside an area with other surrounding businesses in a unique environment.

It’s a one stop shop for those looking for opportunity.

“We have eleven suites total, but they are all occupied right now. We have a total of six businesses right now that occupy those suites,” said Rachel Moore, owner of The Monarch Collective.

Anyone interested can send inquiries through The Monarch Collective facebook page, and from there prospective businesses that are looking to rent space will be able to schedule a walk through of the facility to see if it’s a good fit for them.

“Because there are separate businesses we are all on different schedules we all have our own timeline and schedules, so the entire building is by appointment only. You can reach out to any of the businesses in here to message to see if anybody is there or who’s working… that kind of thing,” said Moore.

Here’s the inspiration behind it all.

“Being a small business owner and a massage therapist, just wanting to have my own space without the overhead of a huge retail space or shopping center, just being with other business owners that don’t really fit my vibe per say, or just the atmosphere that I really want for me and my clients, so to be able to create that for small businesses that are also looking is the goal,” said Rachel Moore, owner of The Monarch Collective.

Every space is occupied by someone with a special set of skills, so if you’re looking to take your ideas to the next level The Monarch Collective just may be your start.

“All but one of the businesses here are women owned so being able to provide a space like that in the future as well to continue on and build and grow off that,” said Moore.
