(Gray News) – More than 3 million Weber grill brushes have been recalled after multiple injuries were reported from the wire bristles.

Weber said the small metal wire bristles can detach from the brushes and stick to the grill or food. The bristles can be swallowed, leading to serious internal injuries that could require surgery.
