Age of Elegance talent showcase set for March 6 in downtown Jackson

JACKSON, Tenn. — Jackson Parks and Recreation is hosting the annual Age of Elegance 50 and Up Talent Showcase on Friday, March 6, at the Ned McWherter Center in downtown Jackson.

Doors open at 5 p.m., with the show beginning at 6 p.m. Admission is free.

Organizers say the event will feature entertainment and performances from members of the 50 and older community.

“They have been so active and so supportive of all other age groups, and now is finally a time where they can come, they can present their talents on stage, and they can get their applause and support from the other age group members in our community,” an organizer said.
