New Jackson Madison County Voters Council presents town hall

JACKSON, Tenn.,—-Local commissioners and school board members gather allowing residents to simply, “Ask What You Want.”

The New Jackson Madison County Voters Council presented a town hall event Saturday.

The forum took place from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at Jackson’s main library branch located at 433 East Lafayette Street.

The event offered residents the chance to question participating politicians about not only their past work, but what they envision for the future of the county.

The goal of the meeting was to better equip voters with needed information for the upcoming local 2026 election.
