Gylden Bake House announces expansion to new permanent home at 215 N. Liberty St.

PRESS RELEASE FROM GYLDEN BAKE HOUSE:

JACKSON, Tenn. — Gylden Bake House is pleased to announce its upcoming move to a new, larger permanent location at 215 N. Liberty St., with doors set to open this spring. The expansion marks an exciting new chapter for the downtown bakery, which first opened its storefront at TheLOCAL in July 2025.

Since opening at TheLOCAL, a downtown incubator for small businesses, Gylden Bake House has built a loyal following by offering handmade breads and pastries alongside a full coffee and tea menu. The bakery prioritizes organic and regionally sourced ingredients, delivering high-quality food and beverages to the Jackson community.

The new location, formerly home to Moore Photography Studio, will feature a larger kitchen and introduce both indoor and outdoor seating. As Gylden Bake House transitions into the space, the team looks forward to honoring the legacy of a beloved local business while thoughtfully cultivating a welcoming environment for the community.

“We are incredibly grateful for the support we’ve received since opening downtown,” said Rebecca Creasy, owner of Gylden Bake House. “Establishing a permanent home in the former Moore Studio building allows us to grow thoughtfully while continuing to welcome the community to our table.”

Gylden Bake House will remain open at its current location, 202 W. Lafayette St., until the transition to the new space later this spring. Specific opening dates and details about grand opening celebrations will be announced in the coming weeks.

Customers are encouraged to continue visiting the bakery at TheLOCAL and to follow Gylden Bake House on social media for updates on the move and upcoming events.
