Chester County Car Accident Kills One

CHESTER COUNTY — A morning accident just north of Henderson claimed the life of a man Wednesday morning. Thomas Whitman, 65, was killed at around 8:20 a.m. Whitman was driving northbound on Glendale Road when a car went into his lane and struck him. The accident happened eight miles northeast of Henderson. Whitman was not wearing a seat belt. The driver of the other vehicle was injured.
