Bomb threat prompts evacuation at Bass Pro Pyramid; MPD gives all clear

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – Memphis police responded to the Bass Pro Pyramid in downtown Memphis on Wednesday to investigate an incident.

Action News 5 crews at the scene saw staff, customers and hotel guests being evacuated. Memphis police officers and Tennessee Highway Patrol troopers were also on site gathering information.

Police say Bass Pro received the threat just after 11 a.m.

Investigators say officers and K9 unit searched the entire building and did not locate any threat.
