Jackson girl celebrated ahead of Make-A-Wish trip to Mall of America

JACKSON, Tenn. — Family, friends and supporters gathered at Buff City Soap in north Jackson where employees of H&M Construction Company hosted Aerial and her family for a send-off.

Aerial’s wish is to visit the Mall of America and stay at the Great Wolf Lodge, a magical getaway planned for this summer.

The celebration is made possible through the generous support of longtime wish sponsor H&M Construction.

“Not only will it help us bond, or create a family outing, where we don’t have to worry, where she doesn’t have to focus on the crisis or focus on the hospital visits, focus on the pain, we can just really have fun,” said Caronda Williams, Aerial’s mother.

Make-A-Wish grants the wishes of children with critical illnesses. Each year, Make-A-Wish Mid-South grants wishes for about 300 children locally.
