CARROLL CO., Tenn. — A fatal car crash in Carroll County killed a women early Saturday morning after her car went off the road. According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Brandy Suratt, of Atwood, was driving northbound on Terry Road when she crossed the center line and her car overturned. THP officials are still investigating the cause of the car crash. Atwood was not wearing a seatbelt.
